Cancellation Policy

The Fluttering Gypsy understands that unforeseen events happen. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations so we can adjust our schedule. If we can't fill your time slot, we may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the session to your credit card on file. **No Show Policy:** We will charge 100% of the service fee for no-shows. After 2 no-shows, you must pay in full at the time of booking. No refunds. **Late Policy:** If you are running late, please call us. If you are 15 minutes late, you will have to be rescheduled. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to complete your session in the remaining time, but you will be charged the full price. **Confirmation Policy** If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it will be automatically canceled.
